In trying to keep positive with this weight loss gig.
I have reached my first goal! I wanted to break 200. And I did! 199.8 That's 43 pounds I have lost since my little cupcake was born. I've almost reach the halfway mark of my ultimate goal. I've been pretty steadily losing about a pound a week. I actually haven't began a work out routine. That is my next task. I've never really worked out before so this is all new to me. I know to achieve my goal, it is absolutely necessary. So I am going to start small. One week. I will work out for one week. From there, hopefully I'll be able to push myself to do another.
I've found myfitnesspal to be very helpful in keeping track of everything.
