15 / 52 - Precious Pigeon

The past few mornings you've woken up around 6am versus the usual 8am.  Mommy isn't too thrilled with this, but it could be worse so I'm not going to complain too much.  I'm thinking it's just a growth spurt, cos wake screaming for milk!  You definitely have decided on a favorite binky, you like the MAM 6mos+.  You mostly just use it to fall asleep or to calm down.  I don't think you're gonna be one of those 24/7 binky babies but we'll see.  I love hearing your laugh.  It takes A LOT to get it out!  I play a game of "gimme that suga" and kiss under your chin / neck, that usually does the trick.
You've also taken a liking to naps in the swing. Usually your morning nap.
Your hands are pretty cool.  I think you know they belong to you now and you're working on getting them to go where you want them too.  Hm.. we're trying to work on tummy time a bit more.  You are the spit up queen and usually the only time you're awake is for about an hour or two after you eat, if I put you down for tummy time then usually you get a bellyache and puke everything up.  On Monday 8/15 you did sit in the bumbo for the very first time, you tolerated it fairly well.  Oh.. it seems you enjoy chewing on your blankets. 
Pigeon is another one of the nicknames I've been tossing around since you were born.  All your little baby sounds, coos, haas, grunts and grumbles remind me of pigeon noises. I always get the biggest smiles from you just after you wake up.

And for good measure... who doesn't love a little baby bum?!
