my normal average weight has been 170.
before I got pregnant, depression hit and I gained about 40 pounds.
then I miscarried. gained another 5 pounds.
6 weeks later I found out I was pregnant with my oldest.
after he was born I went right back to my pre-pregnancy weight, 215.
8 months later + 20 pounds, pregnant with cupcake.
With her I gained 8 pounds = 243
Within a week after delivery, I was back at 215.
She is now 2 months old and I'm at 210.
Where do I go from here?
No sugar. No bread. No soda.
